Just a any Hard Rock Cafe.
The food is tasty and the plates are big.
Especially the starters are more a shared dish then a single.
Service is friendly even though the place was packed. -

The dishes and the cocktails were really good. We didn't wait long for a table.
The prices were correct. -

Okay, shot glass #60 is now in hand!
The Manchester hard rock cafe is in a really cool spot, amongst the shopping malls and other restaurants in the area.
It is really beautiful here, and the staff were nice in just talking with them for a few minutes. -

I have mixed feelings about Hard Rock Cafe, Manchester, even though I have been visiting for many many years, and quite regularly, the beer selection is very very limited, and the food is overpriced for the quality one receives.
The beer selection is limited to Becks Vier, Stella Artois, and two others, although it may have bottled beer, but if so, they are well hidden. I suppose Hard Rock Cafe focuses on cocktails, which all the bartenders are experts at making the classics; throwing glasses and bottles around like an 80s Tom Cruise film. However, being a global franchise, then it should offer a wider selection. Not even Guinness is served here!
Hard Rock Cafe, Manchester, is split up into the two sections; the bar/waiting area, and the restaurant. The restaurant circles around the edge of the venue, and up onto a mezzanine area. Overall gives a great view of the place, and if anyone is familiar with Hard Rock Cafe, then one expect it to be filled with music memorabilia from guitars to outfits worn onstage, etc.
During my last visit, I was kind of forced to dine due to an illthoughout plan for food on a Saturday evening, and limited options that did not involve a one hour wait. Therefore, on this evening, we waited for a table longer than initially suggested, and then food was rather slow to arrive.
I ordered the Fiesta Burger, which was a burger with a layer of guacamole, jalapenos, and cheese, with a side of spicy fries. For the price, the burger wasn't anything spectacular, and I would recommend a fair few other burger joints before recommending Hard Rock Cafe for food.
For an average beer and listening to some classic rock music, then it is ok. -

My bucket list is to attempt to visit all HRC locations!! So, I'm now crossing off Manchester location!
Great location inside the Printworks building. Located downtown in Manchester next to the National Football Stadium amazing HRC sign in neon. Staff was extremely friendly to this foreigner and even though they had ran out of the classic pins one staff member actually traded me for a limited edition pin which was amazing! Food was consistent with all the HRCs I've visited. But again, my adventure to these locations is the history of music and not about the food.
